End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, AxisKey grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes.

2. License Restrictions

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform;

• Copy or reproduce the software;

• Create derivative works;

• Resell, lease, or sublicense the Platform;

• Use the Platform to build a competing product;

• Circumvent security or access controls.

3. Ownership

The Platform and all related intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of AxisKey and its licensors.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

You grant AxisKey a limited license to host, process, and transmit such content to provide the Platform.

5. Updates and Modifications

AxisKey may deploy updates, patches, and modifications at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such updates.

6. Third-Party Components

The Platform may include third-party software or services subject to their own terms. AxisKey is not responsible for third-party components.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXISKEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this Agreement or your account is terminated.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.

10. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
